Kate Wary has practiced law in Great Bend since 2015. Kate helps individual clients and business clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including Estate Planning, Business Formation; Business Continuation Planning; General Business and Contract Law; Tax Planning; Oil and Gas Law; Real Estate Transactions; Domestic Matters (Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support); and Probate, Estate, and Trust Administration/Litigation.
Education
Kate earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Fort Hays State University in 2012. While at Fort Hays, she also completed certificates in Pre-Law & Legal Studies and in Law & The Courts. She graduated Cum Laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2015. While at Washburn Law, she wrote for the Washburn Law Journal and earned certificates in the following programs: Environmental Law, Oil & Gas Law, Tax Law (with distinction), and Estate Planning (with distinction). She is licensed to practice in Kansas State and Federal Courts and the United States Tax Court. She was admitted to the Bar in 2015.
