Richard G. Gunn

Richard “Gavin” Gunn has been in the private practice of law since 2020. Prior to practicing, he worked in the Kansas oil & gas industry and served for eight years as in-house counsel and operations/compliance manager and for the Grady Bolding Corporation in Ellinwood, Kansas.

Gavin helps clients in a range of matters including: oil & gas transactions, title opinions, real estate transactions, business formation, estate planning, probate law, general contract law, domestic matters (divorce, child custody, child support), and some criminal matters.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Psychology from The George Washington University in 2004 (magna cum laude); Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond in 2011; Admitted to Kansas Bar in 2012.
